I loved the serene and tranquil location of Thenmala Heritage, surrounded by lush greenery and a flowing river. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing great value for money. The staff, particularly Vinesh chetan and Vimala chechi, went above and beyond to make me feel at home and provided excellent service. They also offered valuable tourist information. The nearby attractions like the river, waterfalls, dam, boating, and eco-tourism added to the overall fantastic experience. The small eatery, Santha Foods, located nearby served delicious and satisfying meals.

Spent Christmas at a hotel recently, and I must say the location was amazing! Nestled in the midst of lively surroundings, the property boasted of some of the most stunning scenic views I've ever seen. the staff seemed quite warm and welcoming, and always ready to assist whenever we needed. One high point of the stay was the spacious and well, equipped rooms with all the amenities we could ask for.

the hotel did not have a restaurant functioning due to renovation, and finding nearby food options wasn't easy.
